English - User data deletion
Option 1 - Send a request directly to ChatHub
Email hello@chathub.vn with the subject ChatHub Data Deletion Request. Include enough information for us to locate and verify the relevant data:
- Your full name.
- The email address or phone number used with ChatHub.
- Your workspace or business name.
- The connected Facebook Page or channel name, if applicable.
- A clear description of the account, workspace, integration, or data you want deleted.
Do not send your password, access token, login credentials, or other authentication secrets. ChatHub may ask you to verify your identity or your authority to administer the workspace before deleting data.
Option 2 - Remove ChatHub from Facebook
You can review connected applications in Facebook Settings, then open Apps and Websites, select ChatHub, and choose Remove. Facebook may rename or move these menu items, so follow the equivalent application-permissions area shown in your current Facebook interface.
Removing ChatHub revokes the permissions managed by Facebook, but it may not by itself delete all data already stored by ChatHub. After removing access, you can still request deletion through this page or by emailing hello@chathub.vn.
Who can make a request
- A business or workspace user may request deletion of an account, workspace, or integration data they administer.
- If you are an end customer who messaged a business that uses ChatHub, that business generally controls the conversation data. ChatHub will coordinate with the responsible business to verify and process your request.
Data that may be deleted
Depending on the verified scope of the request, deletion may include:
- ChatHub account and profile information.
- Facebook/Meta connections and stored access tokens.
- Facebook Page IDs, user-scoped or Page-scoped IDs, and related identifiers.
- Messages, attachments, and operational data within the requested scope.
- Related logs or technical data when appropriate and legally permitted.
Processing time and retention exceptions
- ChatHub will provide an initial response within 2 business days after receiving a valid request.
- A verified deletion request is normally completed within 20 days.
- Processing may take up to 30 days when coordination with a processor or other third party is needed.
- A complex request may receive one extension of up to 20 additional days. ChatHub will notify the requester of the reason for the extension.
- Some records may be retained when required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
- Residual copies in backups are deleted through the applicable secure backup-retention cycle.

Trang này hướng dẫn cách yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu người dùng liên quan đến ứng dụng Meta/Facebook ChatHub và các Trang Facebook hoặc kênh đã kết nối.
Cách 1 - Gửi yêu cầu trực tiếp cho ChatHub
Gửi email đến hello@chathub.vn với tiêu đề ChatHub Data Deletion Request. Vui lòng cung cấp đủ thông tin để ChatHub xác định và xác minh dữ liệu liên quan:
- Họ và tên.
- Email hoặc số điện thoại đã dùng với ChatHub.
- Tên workspace hoặc doanh nghiệp.
- Tên Facebook Page hoặc kênh đã kết nối, nếu có.
- Mô tả rõ tài khoản, workspace, tích hợp hoặc dữ liệu cần xóa.
Không gửi mật khẩu, access token, thông tin đăng nhập hoặc bí mật xác thực khác. ChatHub có thể yêu cầu xác minh danh tính hoặc quyền quản trị workspace trước khi xóa dữ liệu.
Cách 2 - Gỡ kết nối ChatHub từ Facebook
Bạn có thể vào Cài đặt của Facebook, mở khu vực Ứng dụng và trang web (Apps and Websites), chọn ChatHub và thực hiện Gỡ (Remove). Facebook có thể thay đổi tên hoặc vị trí các mục này, vì vậy hãy chọn khu vực quản lý quyền ứng dụng tương đương trên giao diện hiện tại.
Việc gỡ ChatHub sẽ thu hồi các quyền do Facebook quản lý, nhưng có thể không tự xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu ChatHub đã lưu. Sau khi gỡ quyền, bạn vẫn có thể yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu tại trang này hoặc qua email hello@chathub.vn.
Ai có thể gửi yêu cầu
- Người dùng doanh nghiệp hoặc workspace có thể yêu cầu xóa tài khoản, workspace hoặc dữ liệu tích hợp do họ quản lý.
- Nếu bạn là khách hàng cuối đã nhắn tin cho một doanh nghiệp sử dụng ChatHub, doanh nghiệp đó thường là bên kiểm soát dữ liệu hội thoại. ChatHub sẽ phối hợp với doanh nghiệp chịu trách nhiệm dữ liệu để xác minh và xử lý yêu cầu.
Các nhóm dữ liệu có thể được xóa
Tùy phạm vi yêu cầu đã được xác minh, dữ liệu được xóa có thể gồm:
- Thông tin tài khoản và hồ sơ ChatHub.
- Kết nối Facebook/Meta và access token đã lưu.
- Facebook Page ID, user-scoped ID hoặc Page-scoped ID và dữ liệu nhận dạng liên quan.
- Tin nhắn, tệp đính kèm và dữ liệu vận hành thuộc phạm vi yêu cầu.
- Log hoặc dữ liệu kỹ thuật liên quan khi phù hợp và được pháp luật cho phép.
Thời gian xử lý và trường hợp phải lưu giữ
- ChatHub phản hồi ban đầu trong vòng 2 ngày làm việc sau khi nhận được yêu cầu hợp lệ.
- Yêu cầu xóa đã xác minh thường được hoàn thành trong vòng 20 ngày.
- Thời gian xử lý có thể lên đến 30 ngày nếu cần phối hợp với bên xử lý hoặc bên thứ ba.
- Yêu cầu phức tạp có thể được gia hạn một lần, tối đa 20 ngày. ChatHub sẽ thông báo cho người yêu cầu về lý do gia hạn.
- Một số dữ liệu có thể được giữ lại nếu pháp luật, kế toán, phòng chống gian lận, bảo mật hoặc giải quyết tranh chấp yêu cầu.
- Bản sao còn lại trong hệ thống sao lưu sẽ được xóa theo chu kỳ lưu trữ sao lưu an toàn áp dụng.
